Blind Justice Is Dead In America!

Owing to the Cultural Marxist Democrats' long march toward communism through our institutions, on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, a Manhattan Kangaroo Court delivered an unjustified, albeit expected guilty verdict against former President Trump for a crime that no one, not even Alvin Bragg, the Soros-backed Prosecutor who prosecuted the case, or Judge Juan Merchan, the judicial bully and activist Biden donor who presided over the case, can seem to articulate. Still, it was a verdict that, nonetheless, brought about a great sense of noxious delight and jubilation for Joe Biden and radical Left-wing anti-American Democrats. 

As a direct consequence of this unprecedented, not to mention unconstitutional Soviet-style conviction, we, the United States of America have not only crossed a Rubicon that I am sure most Americans assumed we would never cross, but we have also become a far different country than the one our Founding Fathers envisioned and fought to establish in the name of “Freedom,” because our current Government, more specifically, Joe Biden and Establishment Democrats, decided to collude with not only the Deep State, i.e., the DOJ, FBI, and other three letter agencies, but also with our 3rd Branch of Government, the Judiciary, in order to run roughshod over our Constitution so that they could prosecute, persecute, and possibly imprison an innocent man… their greatest threat, former President Donald J. Trump. 

You see President Trump, a true patriot by all manner, means, and Constitutional standards, who, not unlike the other 56 trailblazing pioneers who created our Constitutional Republic, —(such as, for example, Thomas Jefferson, the Father of our Declaration of Independence, and Patrick Henry, another heroic Founding Father and the orator of the quintessentially renowned “Give me liberty or give me death” speech)— is a “Freedom Fighter,” who for the last seven years, has not only had to endure insurmountable abuse at the hands of Establishment Democrats and RINOS alike, but he has also put everything on the line, including his life, to save this country from the grips of tyranny, simply because he loves America, believes in the American People, the American Dream, American Exceptionalism, and wants to bring America back to its former glory, to greatness.

But of course, we can’t have that, now can we; you know, Trump crimping the Democrat's plans for One-Party-Rule and Absolute Power.

And so, with much tyrannical thanks to Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Democrats at large, whether in Congress or in our Judiciary, our Government has sunken to the lowest depths of despotism in the name of Absolute Power by railroading and prosecuting innocent men for purely partisan political purposes; rather than investigating crimes and finding the perpetrator of said crimes, the Left now investigates individuals and looks for or creates a crime to pin on them simply because that person’s political beliefs and opinions don’t align with their Cultural Marxist ideology… you know, much like, or rather, precisely like, Stalin's henchman Lavrentiy Beria, who said, “Show me the man, and I’ll find you the crime.”

Indeed, ever since President Trump came down the Golden Escalator, the Left has manufactured hoaxes and witch-hunts from whole cloth, rigged trials against him by distorting information to create inculpatory evidence in order to establish the perception of guilt, or they have concealed and/or undercut exculpatory evidence to eliminate the possibility of an innocent verdict, not to mention Judge-shopping and cherry picking Juries "of the prosecutions peers," in addition to prosecuting cases in prejudicial blue districts that are unfair and unfriendly to Trump... no biggie, ya know, just completely and utterly antithetical to our Constitutional Laws, Principles, and Values, but ya know, orange man bad, so who cares, let's just burn the whole Republic to the ground. 

Ask yourself how, in what is supposed to be a “Free” society, a Constitutional Republic, where the accused is presumed innocent before being proven guilty, does a ward of the court, in this case, Judge Juan Merchan, get to, among a myriad of judicial malfeasance;

1– not only deny the defendant, President Donald J. Trump, his Constitutional Right to know the nature and cause of the accusation against him but also rule that jurors need not agree on a predicate crime in order to find him guilty of a crime;

2– deny the defendant, President Donald J. Trump, his 6th Amendment Constitutional Right to a public trial;

3– deny President Trump’s Constitutional Right to call expert witnesses on his behalf and present exculpatory evidence in his favor;

4– in the face of not merely the appearance of a conflict of interest but an actual conflict of interest, violate the Code of Judicial Conduct for United States Judges that by law mandated his disqualification and recusal from this case under New York State Code 100.3 e(1)d(iii);

5– rule that a jury need not be unanimous in their verdict in direct unequivocal violation of the Supreme Court’s ruling in the case Ramos v. Louisiana that the “6th Amendment’s Right to trial by jury requires a UNANIMOUS JURY VERDICT to convict a defendant of a serious offense;”

and

6– among a number of other egregious violations of the defendant, President Donald J. Trump’s Constitutional Rights, Protections, and Guarantees, issue a sweeping gag order, in violation of the 1st Amendment’s prohibition on “Prior Restraint,” ergo effectively taking away President’s Right to speak out in his own defense, particularly in a very public and high profile case such as this? 

Tragically, the answer to these questions is Cold War politics, you know, the allure of Absolute Power and the Democrat Party’s systemic corrosion of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution because, and not to put too fine a point on it, as I iterated above, President Trump is a “threat” to the Establishment Deep State DC Swamp order, which of course, is reflective in not only his popularity as the “People’s President” but also in his soaring poll numbers. 

Indeed, even just the mere thought of a 2nd “America First,” you know, “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” Trump term, and all of that good Constitutional MAGA stuff, which, of course, will most assuredly accompany said 2nd term, is utterly terrifying to the Left-wing cult of insidiously pernicious Cultural Marxists on the woke side of the political divide… 

And so you see, as the story, or rather, witch-hunt goes, Joe Biden, Establishment Democrats and Rinos alike, in collaboration with the Deep State, and the 4th Estate state-run media, in a frenzied, ever-growing state of sheer desperation, like rabid manic lunatics trapped in an asylum and tearing each others hair out, cobbled together this contrived Manhattan “Get Trump” Soviet-era show trial among several other fictitious cases —all of course, projections of the Democrats actual crimes, that they have twisted, contorted, and distorted and used against Trump in order to take down, tarnish, and trash him— in their infinitely insidious and unrelenting “Lawfare and lies” crusade against him, the People’s President... of course, nothing new, just another day and scheme in the life of a Despotic Democrat. 

Unfortunately, almost 250 years after a group of fearless, brave, forward-thinking men not only fought for our Independence in the Revolutionary War but also knew all too well the feel of Imperialism —that tyrants ruled by fear, exerted “Absolute Power” and expected complete subservience from their subjects— we are witnessing the advent of modern-day tyranny as Democrat-controlled States, Districts, and/or Cities, like, for example, the Deep Blue City of Manhattan, as a direct result of a State Government that has acquired unlimited and unchecked powers as an absolute consequence of that State progressively devolving into One-Party Rule, becoming increasingly virtueless and unafraid to overtly pervert the course of justice and violate the United States Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, in order to take out their political opponents. 

And to what end? The narcissistic pursuit and self-important high of Absolute Power and all its superior, grandiose indulgent trimmings, of course…  to be sure, “notoriety, wealth, and pomp are the objects of their admiration…” and not the betterment of their People and Country. 

As they say, “Power Corrupts, and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”

That said, and as rare as it is for a Democrat to see the light and concur with Conservatives, the injustice in Bragg’s show trial was not lost on some of them, like, for example, Elie Honig, a far-left-wing CNN legal analyst and a former colleague of Alvin Bragg, no less, referred to the case as an “ill-conceived, unjustified mess…” writing that “Prosecutors got Trump, but they contorted the law…” stating that “The charges against Trump are obscure, and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor - in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere - has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything. None. "The Manhattan DA's employees reportedly have called this the “Zombie Case" because of various legal infirmities, including its bizarre charging mechanism. But it's better characterized as the Frankenstein Case, cobbled together with ill-fitting parts into an ugly, awkward, but more-or-less functioning contraption that just might ultimately turn on its creator." 

Simply put, the Democrats can’t even hide the ugly truth of what they have done here, not even from their own. This was without question, contrary to Joe Biden’s righteous bloviating that our “Justice System is the cornerstone of America,” a rigged trial, a fixed case, a predetermined guilty verdict because, and for a multitude of reasons, it was tried by a bunch of corrupt Cultural Marxists in the deep blue Democrat district of Manhattan who are on a mission to shuffle Biden into a second term, the Constitution be damned as far as Democrat activist Judges, Prosecutors, and Jurors are concerned. 

However, at this stage, the vast majority of the American population, if not the entire global population, are plugged in and acutely aware that Democrats will stop at absolutely nothing, the least of which is lie, cook up crimes, manipulate stories, and fabricate evidence to get what they want; to be sure, if the last seven or so years have demonstrated, or rather exposed and taught us anything, it is most assuredly that. 

Indeed, the abysmal diabolical depths to which the Democrats are willing to sink in order to get what they want are not only borderline psychotic and psychopathic, they are, in fact, profoundly psychotic and psychopathic in nature, but be that as it may, however Machiavellian and frightening their behavior is, none of the left’s chicanery, low down dirty scheming, doublespeak, propaganda, fear-mongering, politically motivated malicious prosecutions, and other contrived Stalinist tactics concocted and employed to prevent President Trump from becoming the 47th President of the United States will stymie or thwart our indefatigable unwavering support for him. 

In point of fact, if anything, the Democrat's malign scheming has had quite the opposite effect, not only rallying 99% of Republicans but also a sizeable percentage of Independents and even some centrist Democrats to Trump’s corner in support and defense of him, and why? Well, because ordinary, everyday hard-working, God-fearing Americans, you know, those with a conscience, a modicum of common sense, decency, and integrity, along with a moral compass, can see what, in actual fact, is really going on here, and they do not like it, not one bit. 

During President Trump’s press conference in response to this latest witch-hunt, he orated that the rigged verdict, in this case, was bigger than him and “bigger than the Presidency…” and he was and is absolutely right about that; it is bigger than him, and it’s also bigger than Joe Biden, the purported leader of the “free world,” the corrupt degenerative mess and clown who came into office promising to bring us together but who instead has destroyed our economy, got us into several wars, and who, if I haven’t made myself clear, like Stalin, weaponized our Justice System against his political opponent, Donald J Trump. 

To be sure, this verdict is bigger than both Trump and Biden, and it’s also bigger than the next election because this is the United States of America. We are supposed to be better than this; we are supposed to be a beacon of Hope, of Justice, and of “Freedom” for the world. Yet, here we are, knee-deep and a 50-mile drop past the precipice of tyranny, in the midst of an insidious Stalinesque Constitutional crisis like none this country has ever witnessed, (or at least not since our inception and the Revolutionary War)… a perversion of our fundamental Founding Principles, Values, and Laws that made this country the shining city on a hill, to begin with. 

Our Constitution was created to protect the People from the Government, from career politicians like Joe Biden, from prosecutors like Alvin Bragg, Merrick Garland, and Mathew Colangelo, and from activist Judges like Juan Merchan. Our Government is supposed to be “Of the People, By the People, and For the People,” a Government that was "instituted among men, deriving its just powers from the consent of the governed...” and not the Government, and most certainly not a Government that investigates, indicts, and destroys the people that they were and are sworn and Oath bound to serve and protect, you know, those like President Trump who had and have the temerity to speak truth to power, to courageously confront authority, call out injustices, and demand change. 

Indeed, so much for Biden's reelection declaration, his video commercial compilation, —you know, his customary litany of lies, politically motivated myths, and focus-group poll-tested buzzwords like diversity, equity, inclusion, democracy, fair-share, and fair-shot that Democrats have bastardized and co-opted in order to seduce the electorate into believing their bullshit—all wrapped up in the campaign slogan, of elect me, the “Great Unifier,” that closes out with the almost comedic, oxymoronic juxtaposition of, you guessed it, “freedom” as he, Joe Biden, in his quest for Absolute Power, divisively divides, censors, shuts down, persecutes, prosecutes, and imprisons Americans, with a particular emphasis on President Trump, so he can be appointed, anointed, and shuffled into a second term in the Oval Office; his back door and only door into the White House and another term, because obviously he can’t win on merit; he has no discernible achievements to brag of let alone run on, or excuse me, shuffle on. 

All Biden has got is Trump derangement syndrome, a ubiquitous shoddy record of failures, a plethora of deliberate Constitutional violations, Wars, catastrophes, Censorship Czars, everything costs more, and, oh yes, that’s right, China, who is not just eating our lunch, but is devouring our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, too. 

That is FREEDOM in Joe Biden’s America… a soi-disant democracy, where “FREEDOM” is just an empty performative word, political lip service, if you will, bursting with absolute NOTHINGNESS. 

Without question, our Constitutional Republic is under attack by a bunch of left-wing cowards and criminals. It is being circumvented and derailed by Joe Biden and his henchmen in the Democrat Party, a Party that is now rife with far-left Cultural Marxists who have wholeheartedly embraced the tenets of communism, a hateful totalitarian ideology, and movement whose sole purpose it is is to weaken and wither away the norms of free speech and open debate in favor of dogma, coercion, and ideological conformity as it strives to obliterate individual rights, freedoms, ideals, and American exceptionalism under the “pretense of social justice,” as its dutiful foot soldiers, wading in the putrid rotten rank and file swamp of the Democrat Party and now our Judiciary, systematically labor to not only shred and dismantle the Founding Principles and Values upon which our Republic was built but also to prosecute, persecute, and imprison Trump, the one man standing between them and us, between tyranny and freedom. 

Who does Joe Biden think he is? Who do Democrats think they are? Ignoring the law, violating the Constitution, weaponizing our Judiciary, and manipulating, distorting, contorting, and controlling the message with the intent to besmirch their opposition and deceive and dupe the masses. 

How could they do this to America, to all of us? 

Their hubris is staggering! 

With all the Democrat's blowhard holier than thou bull-shitting and bloviating about democracy, the thing is, you can’t actually have a democracy, or in America’s case, a Constitutional Republic, when you are, in actual fact, actively engaged in usurping democracy by endeavoring to replace free and fair elections with a handpicked one-candidate “no choice” election, now can you… they know that, and we know that, and they know we know that, but still, they lie because the Democrats believe that if they repeat the lie often enough, people will eventually believe it. 

Democrats actually believe that they have the Absolute Power and moral authority to tell us, the American people, who we can and can not vote for. 

Well, as empowering as that delusional, arrogant belief might be for their egos, it is clear that their antennas are not picking up all the channels because they have once again sorely mistaken, misjudged, and seriously underestimated the will, resolve, and strength of the American People. 

You see, the truth of the matter is that the vast majority of Americans don’t mind a political fight; in fact, most of us expect it, and some even enjoy it… seriously, break out the popcorn; it’s election season… move over Game of Thrones; it's the topsy-tury world of Washington-eros! As far as the American people are concerned, political candidates and career politicians can fight all they want; they can kick, they can scream, they can holler and hoot, throw a punch, sling mud, and rip each other’s throats and hair out on the campaign trail, with one caveat, though, IT MUST BE A “FAIR FIGHT." When you cheat, when you weaponize our Government and employ the most insidious of Soviet-era tactics to defeat and destroy your opponent because you can’t debate the issues and win on merit, well, that is a bridge too far, that is where most fair-minded Americans draw the line, and that is what most Democrats and elites, trapped in their blue bubbles and echo chambers of arrogance, have failed to realize, that Americans have a serious problem with a fight that is fundamentally unfair. 

The verdict in the Bragg’s case was and is without question a damming indictment of Joe Biden and Democrats, and that reality couldn’t have been more evident in the hours that followed the verdict. Indeed, within 24 hours, Trump had raised close to $53 million, with 1/3 of those donations coming in from people who had never donated to or voted for Trump before. 

Indeed, Joe Biden, the self-avowed custodian of “Freedom” and, ostensibly, an alleged God-fearing dutiful catholic who, by the way, so happens to believe in full-term abortion, in all his righteous piety, once declared that we are in the battle for the “Soul of the Nation,” as he is, in fact, actively killing the Soul of our Nation by weaponizing our government against President Trump, by waging war on Constitutional Conservatives, traditional American  Principles and Values, the nuclear family, and parents, while he eviscerates the Bill of Rights To The Constitution. 

The fact of the matter is, the only “Freedom” that Biden and Democrats want is to be freed from the constraints of the Constitution! 

However, with this latest stunt that Joe Biden and his henchmen in the Democrat Party leveled against President Trump, despite his smugness that could be seen oozing through his insidious evil smirk as he concluded his May 31st press conference, the Democrats and Biden didn’t just poke the bear and awaken a sleeping giant, they inadvertently reignited the beautiful, rebellious, revolutionary flame of the American Spirit that this country was founded on! 

Joe Biden and the Democrats may have won this battle, this little Skirmish, in the very short term, but they will not win the war. This is far from over; in fact, it has only just begun. Judgement day is coming for Joe Biden and the entire Democrat regime on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
