From the New York Post: "A Cleveland police officer was arrested for allegedly recording himself urinating on a 12-year-old girl while she was waiting for her school bus, according to a report."
Officer Solomon T. Nhiwatiwa, 34, drove up to the 12 year old girl who was sitting on the sidewalk waiting to get on the bus. He spoke with her shortly, offering her a ride to school. After refusing, he drove off and returned within a few minutes. He parked his car, walked over to the 12 year old, exposed his genitals and urinated on her head upper body and legs. "These actions are impossible to comprehend," Cuayhoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley said in a statement. "My office will hold him accountable and ensure that he never holds the position of police officer again."
