Mueller Declares Guilty Until Exculpated

Mueller, in his testimony said, "The President was not exculpated."   What that inherently means is, that Mueller must have presumed President Trump guilty until proven innocent.

The Democratic party was positively thrilled that Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was given the task of investigating Russian collusion made that statement.  The fact that any American would be happy about such a horrendous comment shows how far people have strayed from the principles of our Justice System.  When everyone is presumed to be innocent until proven guilty, we heard thunderous applause because the President was not exculpated.

What makes this more fearful is that the very entity charged with this investigation allowed such a comment to be displayed.  If this does not shock the American Republic to its core, it won't be very long before it will crumble.

However, several media outlets have a vastly different take on exactly what happened during Mueller's testimony in front of Congress.  If you work for Slate, or follow Slate you came away with the impression, "Our elections are under threat, and the president doesn’t much care."

What was particularly confusing with respect to all the legal jargon Mueller was talking about was that it appeared that he was confused about the report.  He stated emphatically that he would NOT discuss anything that was not in the report that his team made, however he was unclear about the distinction between collusion and conspiracy.  In the report, it was stated they were synonymous, however in his testimony he claimed they were different.  Although this discrepancy was pointed out to him.

Whatever your belief of President Trump, the belief in our Republic must be higher.  Our Justice System must be 'BLIND."  It must work for ALL people.  According to  "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 11, states: "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense."
