During his State of the Union address, President Biden spent a considerable amount of time talking about the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Sometimes yelling about the invasion of troops into Ukraine, and yelling at President Putin.
During his speech, however was a huge gaffe. Typical for this President as he has sometimes mixed up the names of people he has been talking about, and what part of the country he is in. However, last night during his angry address to Russia, Biden had a colossal gaffe. Instead of referring to Ukraine, he called the people of Ukraine Iranians.
"This is the real test. It’s going to take time. So let us continue to draw inspiration from the iron will of the Ukrainian people.
To our fellow Ukrainian Americans, who forged a deep bond that connects our two nations. we stand with you. We stand with you.
Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he’ll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people."
Perhaps the President needs a better teleprompter?
