If you live in Cuckoo-Ville, loathe America, and relish the idea of tax hikes, new taxes, hidden taxes, taxes on top of taxes, and paying more for groceries, fuel, utilities, and higher interest rates on literally everything, then I’m sure you were thrilled to bits, tickled pink as it were, when you heard that the man who can’t remember what day it is, finish a thought, or deliver a line without the aid of a Teleprompter, let alone partake in a Q & A
session without the use of a SCRIPT and picture cue-cards, declared that he would seek another four more disastrous year's, assuming our economy doesn’t crash and burn in the next two, that is.
Yes, indeed, Joe Biden announced His 2024 Reelection Bid vis-a-vis a Hollywood-produced pre-recorded YouTube commercial that was dropped at 6 in the morning on Tuesday, April 25th, not at a rally or through a live televised broadcast announcement, as one would ordinarily expect, particularly from the purported leader of the free world, even if he is a flailing cognitive degenerative mess; however, given the torrent of brain freeze episodes of late, it was likely for the best, you know, to bypass any off-the-cuff spontaneous unvetted softball questions from the press that could potentially confuse him and embarrass his handlers, cabinet, and the Democrat Party.
Predictably so, the video announcement began with unscrupulously selected and malignly edited clips of Jan. 6, framed in the worst possible conceivable light imaginable in what was, obviously, a calculated, contrived effort to blame the crimes of a few on the entire pro-law and order Conservative MAGA Movement and, of course, above all, his arch-rival, enemy number one, former President Donald J. Trump.
Evidently, the left developed selective amnesia after approximately 574 Deadly Democrat Riots tore through the country, setting cities ablaze during the summer of 2020, which, by the way, included car- bombings and setting fire to the historic 1816 St John’s Church on Lafayette Square in Washington DC, mere steps from The White House, not to mention the Dante’s Inferno mayhem and Violence that Left-Wing Progressive BLM and ANTIFA Riotous Agitators Unleashed During Trump’s Inauguration on January 20th, 2017, but of course, you’ll hear nay a mention of that from the left-wing media.
Suffice it to say; Biden’s reelection declaration commercial then shifted into the customary provably false litany of lies and politically motivated myths that are dished up every two and four years because Biden, like most Democrats, has absolutely no discernible achievements to brag of, let alone run on. All he has got is A) Trump Derangement Syndrome, and B) a ubiquitous shoddy record of failures, Constitutional violations, Censorship Czars, catastrophes, wars, everything costs more, and oh yes, that’s right, the world hates us, and China is devouring our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
And then comes the grand finale, the pièce de résistance of Biden’s re-election commercial compilation of “elect me,” the great unifier, and 101 ways to divisively divide, censor, shut down, subjugate, and hate freedom-loving Constitutional Conservative Trump Republicans and Trump, ending with the almost comedic oxymoronic juxtaposition theme of, get this, “FREEDOM.”
Yes, you read that correctly, Joe Biden, the 46th President Of The United States who declared upon taking office that “It’s Not About Freedom And Personal Choices,” is not only campaigning under the banner of “freedom,” falsely contending in his 3-minute excruciatingly uninspiring video that “Freedom” has fundamentally been the bedrock and work of his first term… (pardon me while I choke on my coffee) but also campaigning on hate, (unjustified as it is) prevaricating, and alleging that extreme Make America Great Again Patriotic Pro-Constitutional Conservative Republicans are trying to take away individual liberties and rights enshrined in the Constitution, restrict the vote, ban books, and tell people who they can love… as if!
A bit rich, don't you think? Joe Biden, the man who, within a hot minute of taking office, decided, under the auspices of “The Emergency Powers Act,” that the pandemic rendered our Constitution moot, effectively jolting us back in time to the Pre-Revolutionary War days of colonialism and King George the III, conferring upon him, the power of a 'Dictator' with the unbridled authority to remold our economy, redefine our country’s founding principles, rewrite history, weaponize the Justice Department against his political opponents, and literally mandate and control every aspect of our lives from the cradle to the grave, with, among others things, more taxation and Out of Control Runaway Government Spending that is growing at a faster clip than the economy, consequently increasing the debt, which, of course, naturally leads to fewer freedoms; yes, indeed, the man who brought us all of that, now claims to be a self-styled “freedom fighter.
Seriously, talk about tone-deaf. The hubris is staggering.
Predictably so, Biden’s commercial announcement was full of the usual disingenuous focus-group poll-tested buzzwords. Words like equity, democracy, fair share, and fair shot that Democrats have bastardized and co-opted to not only seduce the electorate into believing their bullshit and Lies but also to throw shade on the utter economic failures, crises, catastrophes, and hatred he has for The United States Constitution and anyone and everyone who reveres it.
So let's fact-check the habitual liar’s list of fallacies and get specific, shall we? Because, you know, Democrats never will. How could they? They know he is full of S**t.
FACT CHECK: Biden Lie # 1-The “Republicans Want To Take Away Your Freedoms,” Lie:
The last time I checked, it was Democrats who said and continue to propagate the sophistic notion that our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms are “not absolute.” As such, they have exploited that fallacy as one among several deceptive arguments to justify their endless crusade to abridge, violate, and dismantle almost every Right and Freedom enshrined in The Bill Of Rights to The Constitution.
Among a plethora of deleterious examples of this over the decades, more recently, one springs to mind. In what was ultimately a win for our founding principles in a 7-2 Supreme Court majority decision under “the free exercise clause” of the 1st Amendment, as applied to the States through the 14th Amendment, and thankfully, a failed bid to abridge the First Amendment, Democrats targeted a Christian Baker, Jack Phillips, the owner of the Masterpiece Cakeshop, in a deliberate odious effort to force Mr. Philips to create a custom wedding cake for a same-sex couple, which, in essence, would not only be a violation of his sincerely held religious convictions and conscience but also a violation of The Constitution.
To quote Thomas Jefferson’s admonition that it is “sinful and tyrannical to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves.” —You see, the fundamental point of the First Amendment is that the government may not prohibit or outlaw the expression of an idea or belief, simply because society finds the idea or belief itself to be offensive or disagreeable.
As for the 2nd Amendment, while ceremoniously lecturing law-abiding gun owners about gun violence and perpetually searching for new and inventive ways to bypass and circumvent the Constitution in order to regulate that Right out of existence, Blue State Democrats, acting within the jurisdiction of their counties, districts, cities, and towns, not only refuse to uphold the numerous Gun Laws that already exist within their States when it comes to holding violent illegal-gun toting Criminals answerable for offending, re-offending, and terrorizing innocent, law-abiding citizens but simultaneously, time and time again, they have voted against meaningful legislation and funding that would effectively harden security at schools and keep children safe.
But the kicker, when tragedy hits, after refusing to enforce existing gun laws, Democrats exploit it to further their own politically motivated selfish ends in their relentless pursuit of absolute power, which, as a necessary evil to achieving that authoritative end, mandates that they do away with and permanently eliminate Our Fundamental Second Amendment Constitutional Right To Keep And Bear Arms, which states that “a well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, THE RIGHT of THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, shall NOT BE INFRINGED.”
While continuously flouting those words and the giant elephant in the room, Article V of The Constitution (Convention Of States), we repeatedly hear political demagogues breathlessly crowing about imposing “common-sense” or “reasonable” restrictions on the 2nd Amendment, even though they are astutely aware that Article V would preclude any such legislation from ever passing scrutiny and being codified into the Constitution, the law of the land, by The Supreme Court without a 3/4’s ratification process through the Convention Of States; virtually unattainable, at least in this century as things stand now.
The Constitution is very, very clear; there are absolutely NO permissible government-levied restrictions allowed on our Right To Keep And Bear Arms, at least not without the consent of “The People” through Article V, no matter how much the left squeals and squawks about it. And why? Well, because our Founders felt that the 2nd Amendment was a necessary element, if you will, in guaranteeing our God-given right to defend ourselves, our families, and property, and of course, as is also clearly affirmed in The Declaration Of Independence, essential to the posterity of a free society; to guard against an overreaching tyrannical government, if that day were ever to darken our doorstep.
Just think, if Democrats were able to successfully eliminate the 2nd Amendment, that would then, as a consequence, significantly diminish, if not outright dismantle, the “Due Process Clause” guaranteed by the 5th Amendment, which states, among other things, that no one can "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."
FACT CHECK: Biden Lie # 2 - The “Republicans want to cut Social Security,” Lie:
Another left-wing election cycle yarn. The truth is, Joe Biden was not only the last politician to legislatively cut Social Security benefits, but he is currently the only politician who has effectively Cut Social Security Benefits because of the Skyrocketing Inflation he created due to his feckless economic policies, war on energy, and intellectual ineptitude.
As a matter of fact, According to the 1990 Congressional Record Book, then-Senator Joe Biden Stated on the Senate Floor, “When I argued that we should freeze federal spending, I meant Social Security as well. I meant Medicare and Medicaid," plus benefits for veterans, too.
FACT CHECK: Biden Lie # 3 - The “Republicans Only Want To Cut Taxes On The Wealthy,” Lie:
Contrary to popular belief among the Democrat electorate, the IRS data proves that Trump’s tax cuts benefited working-class Americans the most; however, that said, naturally, the so-called Rich, or more appropriately named, the job creators or the driving force behind what is supposed to be a “free-market capitalist economy,” benefited too, and why shouldn’t they? After all, they shell out the lion's share of income taxes that the Federal Government collects. In fact, the top 10% of earners pay 71% of all Federal Income Taxes collected by Uncle Sam, not the bottom 50%, who witlessly whine and parrot the fallacy of the left that the rich don’t pay their so-called “fair share,” when in actuality, it's them who don't pay their fair share, if any share, at all.
The truth of the story is that the last 100 years have undoubtedly demonstrated that Republican Presidents are better for the Economy than Democrats. In reality, Democrat Presidents have raised taxes, on average, by 56%. In point of fact, John F. Kennedy was the last Democrat to even propose a tax cut, although his proposal never made it to The Senate for final passage. By contrast, Republican Presidents have reduced taxes, on average, by 27% because that’s the Conservative philosophy, lower tax rates but a broader tax base.
It’s also worth noting the three rather large tax-evading elephants in the room, namely, Joe and Jill Biden, who set up an S-Corp to dodge paying $500,000 in Payroll Taxes on nearly $13.3 million in income in 2017 and 2018 while their son, Hunter Biden, is under criminal investigation for, of all things, and among a number of nefarious activities, tax fraud, which also may involve or implicate Joe himself, aka, the “Big Guy.”
FACT CHECK: Biden Lie # 4- The “Republicans are taking away women’s health,” Lie:
I realize that the left, instead of reading, would much rather defer to the pseudo-intellectual prevaricators in the left-wing media to keep them up to speed on the Democrat’s version of current events and policies, but if they could just break away from their obsessive obsequious hatred for the 1st and 2nd Amendments for half a millisecond and maybe read The 10th Amendment, they would, assuming they have fully functioning brain cells, learn that abortion is, in actuality, a States Rights issue, and not a Federal issue. And why? Well, because, as affirmed by The Supreme Court in the Dobb’s ruling, The United States Constitution does not recognize or guarantee abortion as a God-given unalienable Constitutional Right; it is not even briefly mentioned or touched upon in any Amendment, Section, or Clause of the Constitution, but guess what is an unalienable God-given Right, “The Right To Life.” and so therefore, not only falling squarely and unquestionably outside the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court but also outside the jurisdiction of the Federal Government, i.e., Congress and the Executive Branch.
Hence, due to the Dobb’s Ruling, Roe V Wade and Planned Parenthood V Casey, i.e., abortion was NOT and could NOT, legally or otherwise, be “overturned,” as in eliminated or banned in America by The United States Supreme Court, but rather, Roe and Casey were turned-over, as in sent back, under the 10th Amendment, to the States and “The People” of their respective States to determine via the ballot box whether or not they want abortion to remain or be repealed from their individual State laws; the Dobb’s ruling actually strengthened it!
FACT CHECK: Biden Lies # 5 & 6 - The “Republicans Are Banning Books And Want To Decide Who You Love,” Lies:
What state, county, city, or town in America have Republican Politicians Banned Books? I’ll save you the trouble, none whatsoever, but that said, there are and should be age-appropriate restrictions on books, content, and/or materials that are wildly inappropriate and sexually explicit in nature that are currently being used outside the germane of the class, because some teachers feel entitled under the guise of “academic freedom,” and in the name of wokeness and without parental consent, to expose minor children to books such as “Lawn Boy,” for example, which attempts to normalize the depravity of pedophilia through graphic illustrations and language.
As far as love, Republicans are neither dictating nor restricting who you can or can't love unless, of course, we are talking about the age of consent, which pretty much trickles down to everything. The truth is, I, like most Constitutional Conservatives, am indifferent and couldn’t care less who you choose to love or whether you’re gay, straight, transgender, or a drag queen. I say, have at it; whatever floats your boat and makes you happy as long as you’re not hurting anyone. Opposing Kindergarten Drag Queen Story Hour simply means that parents draw the line at children and demand that limits are put on access to minor children in and around taxpayer-funded public schools and libraries. How is this any different than putting age-appropriate restrictions on movies?
Instead of casting aspersions on parents, maybe Democrats ought to explain why they are so desperate to perform lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of little kids? So please, spare me your holier-than-thou sanctimony, asking me, “What’s wrong with me” when I, as a parent, ask that question. The question is, what the hell is wrong with you? — HELLO! They are CHILDREN!
FACT CHECK: Biden Lie # 7- The Voter Suppression Lie:
According to the left, Republicans want to make it difficult for people to vote. No! On the contrary, Republicans want to make it easy, safe, and secure for the electorate to vote vis-a-vis Voter ID Requirements, By contrast Democrats want to make it easy to cheat via the elimination of ID requirements. Joe Biden, in collaboration with Stacy Abrams and Congressional Democrats, attempted to push this tired old lie in Georgia during the 2022 Midterm Elections; however, after the shenanigans of the 2020 General Election, Georgia strengthened its voter ID law requirements, and as a result, it led to Record-Breaking Turnout in 2022, most notably among the Black Electorate, the demographic with whom Democrats declared were being disenfranchised by Republicans because, apparently, asking people to present a photo ID at the polls is now somehow “Jim Crow 2.0.”
FACT CHECK Biden Lie # 8- The “Republicans are Homophobic White Supremacist Racists Who don’t Believe in Equality,” Lie:
Hello, It was the Republican Party, formerly known as the Whig Party, who, under Abraham Lincoln’s leadership, led the states through the Civil War in the fight for and, among other things, to free enslaved people through the Emancipation Proclamation, whereas, it was Democrats who, under the Kansas-Nebraska Act, sought to permit and expand slavery into new U.S. territories. It was also Democrats who, under John J. Crittenden and The Crittenden Compromise, who Fought to Extend Slavery in the US Constitution. It was also Republicans who, against fierce opposition from Democrats, fought for and passed the 19th Amendment, giving women the right to vote; yes, that’s right, it was Republicans who gave women that right, not Democrats. And, just as it was then, Democrats are still trying to diminish women’s rights.
Biden, the self-avowed custodian of Freedom and, ostensibly, an alleged God-fearing dutiful catholic who somehow, in all his righteous piety, refuses to acknowledge the existence of his 5-year-old granddaughter, an innocent child born out of wedlock and who also believes in on-demand full-term abortion, has declared that we are in the battle for the “Soul Of The Nation,” as he is, in fact, actively killing the “Soul Of The Nation” by waging war on traditional American values, the nuclear family, and parents, while he eviscerates the Bill of Rights To The Constitution,
That is FREEDOM in Joe Biden’s America… a soi-disant democracy, where “FREEDOM” is just an empty performative word, political lip service, if you will, bursting with absolute nothingness.
The only freedom Democrats care about and want is to be freed from the constraints of the Constitution!
