The First Commandment To The Divided States Constitution Of Democrats: Freedom Of Tyranny & Tim Kaine

In yet another oxymoronic, off-the-campaign-trail twist of hypocrisy in the long running series, “We are the great unifiers,”—as set forth on page 666 of the Democrats spellbinding novel, a Marxist manifesto & 101 ways to divisively divide, censor, shut down, subjugate, manipulate, and brainwash freedom-loving Americans—it appears that Progressive politicians, departing from their all-too-familiar on-the-campaign-trail bloviation’s about respecting our fundamental Rights as enshrined in our Founding Documents, have once again, revealed that it is they who neither respect nor appreciate that our Rights come from God, not them.
More specifically, on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee nominations hearing —for Riley Barnes to be Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor— Democrat Senator Tim Kaine, in what wasn't just:

1)— A ‘Whoops, my mouth tripped and did a triple backflip, revealing my true intentions in a headspace hoedown, hiccup-induced slip of the tongue.’ Rather, it was like a traitor cloaked in the garb of a patriot, plunging a dagger wrapped in a smile into the heart of our Republic. A sacrilegious betrayal, if you will, of the very bedrock principles and Christian-Judeo values to which the soul of this great Nation is anchored. A Nation that was founded, built, stands, and our flag flies in the name of freedom and self-determination. Freedoms that good men and women fought, sacrificed, and died to preserve, protect, and defend on every blood-soaked battlefield since the Revolutionary War.
But also:
2)— An echoing of what most freedom-loving Americans would concur was or is reflective of the inherently wicked mindset of some of history’s notoriously dangerous, ideologically oppressive tyrants and tyrannical regimes:

“The notion that our Rights don’t come from laws and don’t come from the government, but come from the creator—that’s what the Iranian government believes. It’s a theocratic regime that bases its rule on Sharia law and targets Sunnis, Bahá’ís, Jews, Christians, and other religious minorities…” Kaine declared.
Going on to say that “It is ‘extremely troubling’ to hear a nominee for a federal post claim that Rights were given by God, not governments…”
Suffice it to say, clearly in Tim Kaine’s theatrical reenactment or rendition of a tenured philosophy professor straight out of Oxford, he forgot to mention that America is a Representative Republic and not an ideological theocracy… Big, BIG DIFFERENCE.
Tim Kaine’s assertion that our Rights come from Government and not our creator is a fundamental misunderstanding of our Founders’ intentions and beliefs when they penned The Declaration of Independence. Our Founding Fathers did not view our "Natural Rights" and their ties to our Christian-Judeo beliefs, values, and morals as a threat. Rather, “They correctly saw them as the foundation of our liberty…”
"God who gave us life gave us Liberty. Can the liberties of a Nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God?…” Thomas Jefferson.
You see, as Tim Kaine well knows, what Government giveth, Government can taketh away; however, what God giveth, Government can’t taketh away.
Any politician who either doesn’t understand or doesn’t believe that our Fundamental Rights are inherent, that they come from God, but instead come from man, from those in positions of power, should never be allowed to serve in public office, at least, not in America.
But I digress…
In any case, in response to Tim Kaine’s authoritarian world view, Republican Senator Ted Cruz —who, being a passionate Constitutionalist and as close to a Constitutional Scholar as you will find roaming the hallowed halls of Congress having graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law with significant experience in Constitutional law under his belt— swiftly rebuked Kaine’s claims, intimating that it was, in fact, his comments that were extremely troubling:
“I have to say, it is stunning to me that the principle that God has given us natural rights is now deemed by Democrats some radical and dangerous notion…” when it is quite “literally the founding principle upon which the United States of America was created…” Cruz aptly pointed out. Later tweeting to or @Tim Kaine that “Our Rights don’t come from Government or the DNC. They come from God... I suggest the Dems go back and read the words of our Founding Fathers."
Indeed, words that aren't just ink on dusty parchment paper, framed and left hanging on the walls of the Rotunda as a reminder of a bygone era, as Democrats would otherwise have you believe. Rather, they are venerable words—ideals that were forged in rebellion and forever immortalized in the Declaration of Independence, declaring that:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness…”
Like a fortress, these words must be fiercely guarded, protected, and defended because they are the beating heart of our Nation’s soul. They pulse with the voices of those who fought for them, the promise of a better tomorrow, of unyielding hope, and the spirit of freedom.
They are not just words, they are Unalienable Rights that cannot be infringed upon as are our Rights enshrined in the United States Constitution—the Right to be free, the Right to speak, to talk, to be heard, to listen, to debate, to dissent, to stay silent if we so choose, to worship, to defend our lives and liberties, and/or to feel safe in our persons and our effects.

These Rights came from our creator, not from King George III, not from the Government, and not from Tim Kaine or any other Progressive politician on a power trip.
Our Rights are not subjective suggestions to be given or taken away depending on the whims of whoever is in power or whichever way the Democrats' fickle political winds are blowing—that would not be freedom, but a cage.
These Rights are neither gifts nor special privileges conferred upon good and obedient subjects as rewards for bending the knee, bowing down, and toeing the Party Line by propagating whatever, at any given or devolving time, the agreed-upon narrative is in furtherance of a self-serving political agenda.
What’s more, not only do our Rights not come from Government, but they also don’t come from documents—not the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution, and not even the Bill of Rights—“We have these Rights because we exist.”
However, that said, unlike the Government, unlike Democrats, and unlike Tim Kaine and those of his ilk, our Founding Documents stand as a guard protecting our freedoms, what was always ours, what was etched into our being, into our very existence the moment we were born.

You see, our Founding Fathers, a group of brave and forward-thinking young men, who not only fought for our Independence in the Revolutionary War but, in their infinite wisdom, knowing all too well the feel of Imperialism—that tyrants rule by fear, exert absolute power, and expect nothing less than complete subservience— created and established a Constitutional Republic, around our Founding Documents which serve as a bulwark, as a first line of defense against an otherwise weaponized, overreaching, tyrannical Government that throws off its duties, and usurps the very powers it derived from the “CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED,” from “We the people.”
And so bearing those eternal truths in mind, one can only conclude after listening to Senator Tim Kaine’s diatribe of utter BS that he is either:
A)— A fully fledged Marxist.
Or
B)— Has never read the Declaration of Independence, much less the Constitution. The very document that he, over the course of the last 36 years in elected office, repeatedly raised his right hand to and duly swore to support, defend, and protect, and not just as a symbolic ceremonial statement of personal integrity but as a legally binding contract. A promise to the American people to uphold and remain steadfast and loyal to his Oath of Office in reverence to the Constitution and to the people for whom he was elected to serve.
So the only remaining question is, is it the former or is it the latter?
Either way, it’s not congruent with the standards and principles expected of a sitting United States Senator. But that said, while we are on the subject, given what I know, which, comparatively speaking, is clearly significantly more than Tim Kaine despite his title and occupation as a U.S. Senator, in my civic opinion, I believe that the answer to the aforementioned question is the former, 'A.'
And why?
Because it seems to be a reoccurring theme amongst both the leadership and the rank and file of the Democrat Party who, in the spirt of Left-wing Cultural Marxism, never cease putting Party, Politics, and Politicians above People with their unspoken, “We are above the law, rules for thee not for me,” edict, in defiance of ‘Magna Carta.’
To list but a few examples:
1)— Hillary Clinton, who, during an appearance on MSNBC, now MSNOW, the White-Trash Network of the airwaves, had the audacity to propose that Americans—in violation of our God-given 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech— “Should be prosecuted and imprisoned for spreading misinformation and ‘Russian propaganda.’
Obviously, of course, her bought and paid for, thoroughly debunked Steele Dossier…You know ‘Russian propaganda’ doesn’t count because she is allowed to lie and spread misinformation—she is a Democrat after all. You know, a political, Social Justice thespian and a high-ranking member of Washington’s permanent ruling class and therefore insulated and protected by DC’s Deep State, our otherwise unconstitutional 4th Branch of Government, with, of course, the unwavering support of the 4th Estate, otherwise known to those of us with brainwaves as the misinformation media.

2)— Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin—also referred to as Rat-skin, given his striking likeness to the furry little creature with, of course, all the charm of a conniving rodent on a Marxist mission—who, during a Wednesday September 3rd House hearing on Capitol Hill, spun a fantastical cock and bull rendering of Charles Dickens “Tale of Two Cities” in which America is fraught with tyranny and terror and England is the bastion of freedom and stability.
Obviously, of course, to arrive at said conclusion, Ratskin—in yet another breathtaking episode of the same old deceitful drivel, because who needs honesty and originality when you’ve got his riveting rerun of trickery, right?—exploited ‘Misinformation’ or contrived allegations of purported censorship to corroborate his claim, a LIE, that “There is a free speech crisis in America…” under President Trump, but somehow “Not in Britain…”
To which U.K. politician Nigel Farage, leader of Britain’s populist Reform Party, aptly and cleverly responded, using a strong dose of British wit and irony, intimating in his testimony that Raskin was or is a bloviating liar: “I’m delighted to reacquaint with the charming Mr. Raskin… Delightful testimony you gave me earlier…” Farage said, going on to sarcastically quip, “But hey, that’s fine, you can [LIE] say what you like, I don’t care, because that’s what free speech is…”Mr Raskin.
Of course, all whilst he, Nigel Farage, contrary to Raskin’s steaming pile codswallop, made it patently clear that, unlike the United States under President Trump’s leadership, Britain was, in fact, in the throes of a “Free speech crisis.” Testifying that the U.K. was and is arresting its own citizens and foreign nationals for tweets and/or speech that the “British government and the British police don’t like.”
And
3)— Democrat Senator Ben Cardin, who, during a Senate hearing in late December 2022, regarding "Content Moderation,” —the Progressives reimagined word for government-sanctioned “Censorship,”— on Social media, attacked our unalienable Right to Free Speech. Falsely stating that, “If you espouse hate… you're not protected under the 1st Amendment…” going on to say, “I think we can be more aggressive in the way that we handle that type of use of the internet. We know that Europe has done things; I think we have to learn things from each other. I hope we can figure out the strategy that we need everybody united on it."

However, that said, and as much as I absolutely love to sound like a Captain Obvious buzz kill to Ben Cardin, and his Democrat colleagues in corruption, namely Tim Kaine, Jaime Raskin, Hillary Clinton and the rest of the Communist cast and crew of professional Progressive propagandists —who, for all malign intents and self-serving purposes, appear to have contracted yet another brain atrophying case of selective amnesia, a chronic ailment, or, moreover, a virulent contagion that is frequently triggered by the ‘I Want to be a Tyrant Virus,’ and as such, have all but forgotten that— the United States Constitution clearly states in no uncertain terms that “Congress shall make no law abridging the Freedom of Speech," not ‘thoughtful, balanced speech,’ or what Democrats deem to be ‘
‘true or false’ speech, rather, just ‘SPEECH!’
You see, in America, a Nation that was founded on the intrinsic principle of ‘Freedom,’ speech, whether contrary to one’s subjective or for that matter objective opinions, beliefs, or ideology, whether personal, political, religious, or otherwise, whether disinformation, misinformation, malinformation, or hate speech, no matter how terrible it may be or however uncomfortable or bad it may make you feel, unless intentionally libelous, or espoused to cause or incite physical violence, to hurt, mar, maim, and/or murder another, is still, without question, protected under the Constitution.
In 2019, the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, agreed with the Pacific Legal Foundation brief that “Government officials shouldn’t be allowed to determine whether speech is immoral or scandalous.”
Justice Samuel Alito wrote in his concurring opinion that “Viewpoint discrimination is poison to a free society, and laws that allow for government bureaucrats to restrict disfavored viewpoints can easily be exploited for illegitimate ends.”
However, that said, despite and to spite the numerous Supreme Court Rulings affirming, reaffirming, and upholding our core Constitutional Rights, it seems, those rulings don’t matter all that much to Progressive politicians, Deep State bureaucrats, partisan blue State prosecutors, and/or Activist Judges because all that matters to Democrats in their march toward Marxism, is their end goal, One-Party Rule and Absolute Power. Ergo, all that applies is their unspoken edict and Party-honored maxim, “Rules for thee, not for me" double standards principle.

For example, if Republicans dare exercise their 1st Amendment Right “To petition their Government for a redress of grievances," by, let’s say, questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election, they are, or, at least, were dubbed election deniers and insurrectionists and therefore subject to censorship, and/or possible prosecution and imprisonment for trying to “Overthrow Democracy,” under Democrat leadership and the Biden/Harris Administration. Conversely, Democrats who contested the legitimacy of the 2016 election and/or, for that matter, the 2024 election were or are hailed as patriots with a Right to speak, scream, violently riot, loot, burn, and deface entire cities across the country.
Ironically enough, whilst not only:
1)— Inciting violent riots.
2)— Threatening and scaring the unwitting or Constitutionally uninformed or, if I’m being honest, illiterate, into silence, submission, and compliance for fear of violating the law, in what is, in truth, a manipulative sleight to gain control over the masses and to stomp out any dissenting points of view.
And
3)— Spitting out vile and vulgar insults—spewing the typical political rot, rancor, and toxic invective that inevitably divides people and destroys Nations.
Democrats also continue to:
4)— Call for the ‘Censorship’ of ‘Hate Speech’ under the guise or ‘Social Justice’ banner that they ‘care,’ that they ‘are just trying to protect people’ from the dangers and cruelty of big bad mean words.
Of course, all while claiming to support Free Speech Rights, while denying that our Freedoms come from our creator, and declaring that they—our Rights, our Freedoms—come from them, from the Government.
But here’s the thing: Democrats, who, by all conceivable standards, are systemic Constitutional traitors, were not anointed or endowed by our creator to think on our behalf. They were not vested or granted the power or privilege, whether by God, the people, or by law, to be the arbiters of what is or is not considered misinformation, disinformation, and/or hate speech, just because they disagree with it or don’t like it.

They were, however, elected to SERVE “We the People,” in a Government that is “Of the People, By the People, and For the People,” whereupon, as I discussed earlier, they raised their right hand and swore to support, defend, and protect the United States Constitution, and not just as a ceremonial symbolic statement of personal integrity but as a binding promise to the American people—to uphold and remain steadfast and loyal to their Oath of Office in reverence to the Constitution and to the people for whom they were elected to serve.
The United States Constitution was not framed or intended to be used as a biased or emotionally subjective document. Nor was it supposed to be used as a one-sided document, partial to selective factions of our society, either—as in ‘us versus them' or 'Republicans versus Democrats.’ It was and is supposed to apply to everyone equally without prejudice!
No one person, political party, or politician can unilaterally give, take away, manipulate, amend, and/or subvert our Freedoms. They do not get to dissect our Rights, to determine what is or isn’t permitted, or to decide what is or isn’t hate speech based on their feelings or ideological beliefs.
You can condemn speech that you disagree with, you can even hate speech that does not align with your beliefs, and you can say it’s not nice and that it’s upsetting, but you cannot ban it, you cannot censor people, and you cannot libel, mar, maim, or murder someone because you don’t like it, because it, like all other forms of speech, like all our Rights, is an inherent Unalienable Right endowed by our creator, by God, and not by Government and most certainly not by Democrats.
