The Truth Will Set Him Free -BREAKING

By Laurie Maga and Lynn Matthews Updated

John Solomon, an investigative reporter will appear on Lou Dobbs show tonight, to discuss handwritten reports from the FBI. "I think we’re going to learn tonight or early tomorrow morning, we will see the release of some new handwritten notes that the FBI failed to turn over to General Flynn and his team in almost a three-year source in this legal battle. Those notes are going to show that the FBI was engaged in a conversation in how they could trick General Flynn into lying. Rather resolve the issues that the investigation was designed to, there are references in these notes, according to my sources, to quote “play games” Do we want to resolve this or do we want to catch him in a lie.” If those are in the notes as my sources describe them, it will put the FBI’s work on the Flynn case in the darkest possible light. You’ll actually have FBI proof that the FBI wasn’t trying to investigate facts neutrally, it was trying to quote “play a game.”

Unsealed FBI Notes:

Email from Peter Strzok to McCabe. They discussed the potential of the interview occurring over the phone with McCabe – with an FBI agent to be posted to take notes. Also - Lisa Page emails Strzok re: how to conduct the Flynn interview.

It was reported last week that the attorney to General Flynn, Sydney Powell had evidence that General Flynn was set up by the FBI in an effort to discredit the incoming Trump administration. "New documents filed under seal in federal court include “exculpatory information” about former White House National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Michael Flynn, according to a report.

From the Twitter feed of Sydney Powell, "Prosecutors have provided @GenFlynn

defense with redacted copies of the few pages of emails and notes produced this past Friday. We will be filing a consent motion (under seal) jointly requesting the exhibit be unsealed immediately. Stay tuned.

Judge Sullivan who is hearing the case, on the motion to dismiss the case set a deadline of May 4th no later than 12:00 PM.

Catherine Herridge of CBS reported that the law firm of Covington and Burling has also "filed motion to submit more case files to Flynn’s current lawyers after “correcting the error made as a result of the miscommunication...This effort yielded...approx. 6,800 documents and emails (including attachments)." Covington asserted they had made a good faith effort to produce for missing documents after Flynn accused the law firm of being ineffective counsel.

“The Flynn defense is stunned that Covington and Burling has only now found thousands of additional documents amounting to more than 17,000 pages that should have been produced to the defense almost a year ago,” Powell stated. Powell, who has been battling for documents from the Department of Justice as well, said the enormity of documents withheld from Flynn’s defense is proof of the misconduct against her client.

It is worth noting that "U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), a senior member and former chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is calling on the Justice Department to grant access to newly disclosed material related to the FBI’s handling of its case against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. The high-profile case has prompted questions about the investigative and legal tactics used against Flynn.

“Simply stated, after years of rampant speculation and publicly reported inconsistencies regarding how the FBI handled the case, it’s time for the public to know the full set of facts relating to Lt. Gen. Flynn, including any and all government misconduct,” Grassley wrote in a letter requesting DOJ to unseal the records. At a minimum, Grassley urged that it be made available for congressional oversight."

The missing documents from the original law firm representing General Flynn as well as the FBI missing 302's, could possibly point to direct malfeasance on behalf of both Covington and Burling as well as the FBI.

General Flynn's lawyer appeared on the Lou Dobbs from Fox news to describe her interpretation of the events that led up to General Flynn pleading guilty.
