Who is the Justice System Working For

Former President Trump had his Mar-a-Lago Estate raided by the FBI last night.

While the mass media decries, that there must have been a logical reason for the raid, a warrant for the material the FBI was looking for, it has been discovered that the warrant was sanctioned by Judge Bruce Reinhart. Reinhart has a shady past, as he worked for the employees of Jeffrey Epstein.

According to Daily Mail, "Bruce Reinhart acted for several employees of the billionaire pedophile before he sanctioned the 'unannounced' search on Mar-a-Lago yesterday.

He left the local US Attorney's office over a decade ago to set up a private practice and help staff members including his Lolita Express pilots and his scheduler.

He was accused in a lawsuit of breaking the Justice Department's policies by using information from his previous job to benefit in the private sector, which he denied."

Critics of Trump such as Marc Elias, "The media is missing the really, really big reason why the raid today is a potential blockbuster in American politics."

The above issue, "Section 2071 was debated back in 2015 regarding Hillary Clinton and the general consensus was that the law’s disqualification clause does not apply to the presidency: “if Congress has no power to add to the standing qualifications of its own members, it cannot add to the standing qualifications for the other elected constitutional positions, i.e., the President and Vice President.” We are sure that Elias is up to date on his legal knowledge. As he worked for Hillary Clinton and her campaign.

However other legal experts disagree. Claiming those boxes they were looking for could have easily been provided, and that the raid was nothing more than a political stunt intended to make Trump look as though he broke the law.

Legal expert, Jordon Sekulow in an op-ed on ACLJ American Center for Legal Justice likened the raid to third-world politics. Quoting Lindsey Graham's Tweet about the incident, "No one is above the law. The law must be above politics.”

When questioned about the raid at the White House Press Conference, Karine Jean-Pierre claimed President Biden did not know about the raid, and for every other question regarding it she stated, "we will not comment on the criminal investigation." Giving the public that there was illegal activity occurring at the Mar-a-Lago estate.

Who is running the Justice Department? Ohio Republican Congressman Jim Jordon on Fox radio said, "They spied on his campaign with altered evidence back in 2016 and 2017. They impeached him once. They impeached him a second time. And now they’ve got the January 6th committee going full tilt against him, trying to keep him from running for office in 2024. And, oh, they raid his private residence. You’ve got to be kidding me. And this comes just one day after they said we’re going to unleash 87,000 IRS agents to come to harass Republican small business owners. We know what that’s all about. So that’s the context. Oh, and a year ago, they said we’re going to use the Patriot Act against moms and dads who have the crazy idea that they should be able to speak up for their kids at a school board meeting. So that’s the context. And we’re supposed to say, oh no, this is just fine? Give me a break. Everyone is nervous. But this is one of the most frightening things I have ever seen about our country. And that’s why this is the first time it’s ever happened because it’s not supposed to happen.”

GOP leader Kevin McCarthy wrote on Twitter, "Attorney General Garland: preserve your documents and clear your calendar.
