Fox "fair and balanced" Caves to CAIR

Did the behemoth Fox News cave to the regressive media attacks of the likes of Media Matters, Think Progress, and CAIR?  It has been reported by several media outlets that the Show "Justice with Jeannine" has been pulled from their line up due to pressures received from their advertisers.

Three of their advertisers Novo Nordisk, a pharmaceutical agency, Nerd Wallet, and SHEEX have pulled their advertising efforts from the highly popular, but sometimes controversial show.

In Jeannine's opening monologue, she stated, "Think about it: Omar wears a hijab. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

Apparently, her comments didn't sit well with her advertisers, and CAIR, Counsel on American Islamic Relations.  To which Fox News issued the following statement, “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar,” the network wrote in a statement. “They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.”

From the CAIR website: "The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights organization, today called for the firing of Fox News Host Jeanine Pirro over her attack on Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) decision to wear an Islamic head scarf, or hijab."

"Such an open and un-American expression of religious bigotry should be rejected by any media outlet seeking even a modicum of credibility,” said CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad. “Jeanine Pirro should be fired, and Fox News should apologize to its viewing audience.”

This is the same agency, who was named un-indicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Foundation Trials, for their support of Hamas, as well as the Muslim Brotherhood.

How exactly did Judge Jeannine violate Fox policies on commentary?  Is Fox caving to the ever growing influence of the Muslim population, or is this nothing more than a publicity stunt orchestrated by top brass at Fox, "fair and balanced" network?
