President Biden Attacks Americans on Gun Issue

There have been many gaffe's that have come out of the mouth of the current President of the United States. During one of his rally's he tried to cite the declaration of independence by vigorously declaring "We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women are created, by the, you know, you know the thing,”


His latest and most damaging gaffe, came yesterday when Biden was discussing gun control when he insinuated he would use nuclear weapons against citizens who try to stop what they believe is tyranny. "There have always been ways to "rationally limit" owning weapons since the creation of the Second Amendment: "If you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons."



In his speech, he claimed that "the second amendment from the day it was passed limited the type of people who could own a gun." We researched this comment, and the only type of people who could not own a gun were blacks. Blacks were often prohibited from possessing firearms and militia weapons were frequently registered on government rolls. Blacks were not allowed to own weapons due in part because at the time of the signing, they were considered property and they were not considered citizens until they achieved their freedom.


Biden's comment about needing an F-15 and nuclear weapon to overtake the government was perceived to be a threat by many Americans. Headline from Ben Shapiro, "Old Joe Isn't Afraid to Nuke All You Gun Nuts."


Twitter was quick to respond to his statement, many asking if this was a threat to gun owners. Is President Biden threatening to Nuke Gun owners?


Was the President using his platform to tell citizens, to accept that the government has control over its citizens, what was his intent? Whether or not a person believes that Biden threatened American citizens with his finger on the nuclear football or not, the question of his control over the people remains a controversial issue.


In light of the events that occurred in DC on January 6th, which the media and many democrats claim was an attempted insurrection, there was one person who died of a gunshot wound to the neck. An unarmed woman, Ashli Babbit was shot in the neck by an unnamed man from behind the door. Despite the number of people entering the capital building, she is the only known person killed by a firearm.


President Biden should read the Declaration of Independence that he tried to recite on March 3, 2020. It reads as follows:


When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
