Oh, No, Democracy Is Literally Dead... For The 47th Time This Year: Supreme Court Bans Racial Gerrymandering, Forcing Color-Blind Mapmaking

Updated: May 15

For all the Democrat’s overbearing moralizing and finger-wagging lectures about safeguarding democracy, respecting the Constitution, and protecting voting rights, their apoplectic fit over the Supreme Court’s long-overdue smackdown, ending the Party’s race-based gerrymandering grift, lays bare one truth Progressives dare not utter aloud to their swooning flock of faux social justice warriors—that power is what motivates and feeds their ideological empty souls… raw, self-perpetuating power, pursued and seized through any sleazy scheme available or contrived, including the cynical weaponization of skin color to rig the electoral map in their favor.

In what has amounted to one of the most audacious political heists ever perpetrated against the American people, our Constitutional Republic, and its founding framework, Democrats have pursued and indulged in a long train of abuses and usurpations, treating the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause not as a sacred guardian of fairness and bulwark against tyranny, but as an inconvenient obstacle to be twisted and/or ignored whenever it stands in the way of their partisan ambitions.

Suffice it to say, as iterated above, on April 29, 2026, the Supreme Court, in Louisiana v. Callais, declared that Congressional districts cannot be drawn on the basis of skin color like some paint-by-numbers kit, reducing citizens to mere shades on a demographic palette.

Predictably, of course, the Democrat Party, or by any other title, the Cultural Marxist Party of America, the Party of the KKK, the Party of Slavery, the Party of Jim Crow, and/or, amongst other epithets, the Party of Perpetual Grievances, responded with the emotional maturity of a toddler watching their ice cream splatter on a hot pavement.

Suddenly, the very architects of decades-long custom-tailored districts—engineered to lock in Democrat safe seats they were never entitled to—are screaming and screeching in protest, behaving as though the justices had flambeed the Constitution rather than simply doing their job and applying it as written.

Their beeline for the podium, their dramatic performative press conferences featuring every professional Progressive race hustler from Hakeem Jeffries to Jim Clyburn dusting off and trotting out the tired “Jim Crow 2’0” script as if it were fresh material or braking news—bless their overworked grievance glands—only underscores their desperate scramble to spin a new web, another deceptive scheme to manipulate the electorate in order to claw back the dozen or more Congressional seats now slipping from their grip.

For years, the Left perfected the art of having it both ways:

1)—No discrimination against Black Americans, good and necessary.

Followed by:

2)—Aggressive reverse discrimination against Whites and Asians in order to benefit Black Americans, somehow also good and virtuous, according to their twisted logic.

This cynical sleight-of-hand—reverse discrimination dressed up as justice—gave birth to the Democrats' sprawling DEI empire, denouncing discrimination while institutionalizing its mirror image through rigged college admissions, quota hiring, and yes, Congressional gerrymandering mapmaking that treated skin color like a GPS for district lines.

Needless to say, the Supreme Court’s rigorous enforcement of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution has now brought the entire dubious chapter to a resounding, long-overdue welcome end.

Although that said, if it weren’t for such a blatant power-grab grift unraveling before our very eyes, the sheer speed with which the Democrats flipped and pivoted from posing as solemn defenders of the Constitution to demanding we rewrite it and pack the courtsall while spiraling into a full-blown race-baiting panic after suffering a crushing Constitutional defeatwould almost be impressive. Almost. But for the conscious, it’s an obvious deflection tactic as predictable as it is pathetic.

The truth is, without manufactured racial victimhood, the Democrats lose their most reliable voting bloc—the Black community they’ve kept chained to the plantation of grievance for generations.

So, if you’re curious why race remains America’s eternal wound, here’s why: the Democrat Party is not allowing us to heal. They need this carefully cultivated con alive and thriving because it is the fuel that feeds and sustains their edifice of power.

You see, racial healing and genuine color-blind progress are existential threats to the Democrats' political survival.

If Black Americans start judging the Party by results instead of rhetoric—you know, safer streets, stable two-parent nuclear families, better schools, and real upward economic mobility—their entire racket would collapse overnight. That is why the Democrats’ race-baiting industrial complex never powers down, forever manufacturing the next racial outrage du jour.

Here’s the dirty secret Democrats don’t want Black Americans hearing: institutional racism is dead.

The real comedy lies in the glaring contradiction. We elected a Black president—twice. We have Black Americans, dozens of Congressional Representatives who earned House seats, and Senators who won statewide without racial training wheels. Yet Progressive politicians insist that without race-based gerrymandered life rafts, Black candidates can’t compete, claiming the Black electorate still needs specially carved districts to succeed. That’s not empowerment. That’s the soft bigotry of low expectations, an astonishing vote of no confidence wrapped in the language of compassion, and a patronizing slap in the face to every Black American who has earned their way through talent, grit, sweat, and determination.

This was never about helping the Black community. It was always about power, not people.

Does anyone seriously believe that districts drawn by race magically produce better representatives? Or does it simply prop up mediocrity, weaker candidates—of any color—who reliably deliver for the Party, serving their best interests… delivering safe Democrat seats, not safer streets?

So many Black Americans on the Left side of the political divide remain blissfully oblivious to this reality that their blind loyalty to the Democrat Party has left their communities in measurably worse condition than it was in the 1950s, despite more Black elected officials than ever before. That’s not a coincidence—It’s cause and effect.

But alas, it seems, asking tough questions about fatherlessness, crime, failing schools, and dependency is far harder than yelling “racism” and cashing another grievance check.

Take Tennessee, for instance. After redistricting removed the state’s lone Blue district in Memphisan extremely poor, high-crime area that, for decades, has been represented by an elderly White Democrat, Steven Cohenthe reaction from the professional Progressive propagandists was pure political theater.

For Example:

1)—State Rep Justin Pearson, a Black Democrat—infamous for pretending he is a Civil Rights leader—rushed to the cameras in full 1960s cosplay, screaming at police officers as though he were auditioning for the next Netflix Civil Rights reenactment… except, his passionate performance was staged for the benefit of Mr. Steve Cohen and, by proxy, the Democrat Party—not for Black Americans or Black Representation, he professes to be fighting for. His hypocrisy was astonishing to say the very least—a self-proclaimed champion of Black power fighting to preserve white Democrat control rather than allow a Black Republican Conservative woman to take a white relic's seat.

And

2)—The Democrats' darling herself, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez—affectionately known as Alexandria Occasional Cortex—took center stage at a Marxist symposium to rant about “Black disenfranchisement” due to the Republican Party’s color-blind redistricting efforts in Tennessee’s 9th Congressional district. With her trademark “Um, like, you know, like,” eloquence, this Goddess of all things knowing, falsely wailed that Black representatives are being wiped out in Red states—all while fiercely defending Steve Cohen’s House seat, and conveniently omitting that Cohen would be replaced by Charlotte Bergmann, a Black Republican Conservative woman… so much for “Women Power.”

Suffice it to say, it turns out AOC isn’t just occasionally cortex-challenged; she’s also a serial fabulist who forgot that Tennessee has precisely zero Black Democrat Representatives to “wipe out.”

For Pearson and AOC, both Progressive political grifters, Black representation only matters when the Representative has a D next to their name. The fact is, they don’t want racism to die; they need it alive, well. And thriving because progress is bad for business, which is why they are pumping millions into Tennessee’s 9th Congressional district to ensure Charlotte Bergmann’s Black Conservatives voice is culled in favor of a White Democrat.

The fact of the matter is, Democrats do not get this apoplectic over race; they get this furious when their grip on power is threatened—and the Supreme Court’s ruling has done just that… put that grip in a death grip of its own.

So naturally, of course, in true Marxist form, todays Dixiecrats are already flirting with the nuclear option. Should they pull off their usual ballot harvesting heist—stuffed with phantom voters, dead voters, voters not-yet-born, illegal voters, ineligible voters, duplicate ballots, fake registrations, and every other shady trick in the book—they’ll gleefully nuke the filibuster in order to pack the courts with cherry-picked activist judicial tyrants, like Ketanji Brown Jackson, James Boasberg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Tanya Chutkan amongst others, who openly despise and will readily and obediently dispose of the Constitution, conjuring up the Sovietesque-like partisan decrees their Progressive puppet masters demand of them.

Needless to say, none of the aforementioned should come as any great surprise to those whose brains haven’t been lobotomized by MSNBC or CNN talking points, after all, this is the same Party, the Party of the KKK, that spent decades perverting the Voting Rights Act, treating it as their personal get-out-of-the-Constitution-free card.

But unfortunately for the Party of Confederates, their gerrymandering grift is up. As the Supreme Court affirmed just last month in Louisiana v. Callais, the Voting Rights Act was enacted to protect the right to vote—not to create permanent racial entitlements or guarantee racial outcomes or Democrat safe seats. It was passed to end discrimination, not to support reverse discrimination or to guarantee the election of a particular race of a candidate. Qualified Black Americans have proven time and again that they can win elections without race-based gerrymandered districts. For Democrats to suggest otherwise is a patronizing insult to the black community.

Merit, equal rules, and color-blind governance aren’t radical notions—they are the original American promise rooted in the Declaration’s assertion that “All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights...”

The Left’s hysteria proves one thing above all: ending racial gerrymandering didn’t just redraw maps. It exposed their grift… a maniacal grift they know the Party can’t survive without.
