The House GOP has formally approved an inquiry into the potential impeachment of Joe Biden. The vote strictly followed party lines, with the Republican majority in the House passing the resolution. The inquiry is focused on investigating allegations of obstruction originating from the White House concerning potential illegal activities by the current president.

What law has the President failed to enforce? Immigration

Arthur Resident Fellow in Law and Policy for the Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington, DC-based research institute, "Biden isn’t trying and failing to secure the border. Rather, his administration says the border’s secure because it’s as secure as it wants it — meaning not secure at all."
The current cause of the crisis at the border is simply Biden’s refusal to detain illegal aliens as the law requires. Put another way, the number of foreign nationals from all over the world believed to be primarily illegally entering the U.S. is comparable to the populations of eight Delawares, four New Mexicos, two Oklahomas or more than 13 Wyomings." That was written in June of this year, and it has only increased since then.
The American Center for Law and Justice pointed out in October that among the illegal entry of illegals crossing the border, there have been known terrorists entering. "We’ve had 170 terrorists on the watchlist encountered at the border over the past year. We have no idea where they are, who they are, They were caught and released."
In addition to the terrorists entering the country, the Biden administration seeks to hide this information from the American public.
Biden has forsaken his oath that he "will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” He has engaged in reckless behavior that jeopardizes the sovereignty of the United States and poses a threat to the safety of both the American people and the law enforcement personnel within the Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, he has violated the public trust.
