Timothy George Simpkins who has been identified as the school shooter injuring 4, fled the scene after shooting up Mansfield Mansfield ISD's Timberview High School in Arlington, Texas,
"This is not a random act of violence," authorities said. "This is a student who got into a fight and drew a weapon."
The suspected gunman, Timothy George Simpkins, may be driving a 2018 Silver Dodge Charger with license plate PFY-6260, police say.
Speaking to ABC News, a teacher at the school said he heard the shooting from his classroom. He and his students have set up a makeshift barricade with classroom furniture in front of their door and are currently seeking protection.
The video shown on Twitter shows two males fighting. The fighting is what allegedly led to the school shooting. If you view the video, it was the student in the grey shirt that was being bullied by the other student.
